McDonald's

Typical wait time is 5 minutes for a simple order of coffee or fries. Staff is disorganized. They need to form lines like every other McDonald's.

You cant order any othe drinks than coffee at the actual McDonald's counter, you have to go to the McCafé counter. But they dont tell you that, they just tell you "we dont have this here" (even if its on the menu)

Ordered 2 McMuffin Bacon and once I got on the bus a few minutes later, the sandwiches were very cold. When I complained to McDonald's web address no return from the manager. So it was my last visit at this restaurant. The management should learn to give good customer service if they want us to return. Never going back.

I went to the McCafé just beside the Mcdonald's this morning, to get myself a latte. When I asked the employee how many espresso doses were in the largest sized latte, she answered: I couldn't tell you.. I don't really know.. I don't think there's any espresso.. It's only coffee and milk". Either she has no clue what's the difference between a latte and a coffee with milk or McCafé's latte aren't properly done (which is actually kind of true, depending on diverse point of views...). McDonald's should really provide proper formations to their employees..
