McDonald's

Today I was dining with my kids the guy who took my order was new to assume and he was very attentive and friendly and was very patient Now I have never seen this gentlemen But he was 100% spot on.. this gentlemen Who waited on me did not know that I had a family member who just passed and my day to say the least was very somber he smiled and took my order and made me feel very welcome he was a older gentlemen who had a visor on my visit was at 12:30pm today I would like to say thank you sir for your very friendly exceptional service we need more guys like you who is compassionate About his job!!! 4/30/2018

To be fair let me inform you I'm not a big McDonald's fan to start with. Also this review is for visits months ago. At this location I've had multiple mistakes on orders & the like. However corporate & the manager both contacted me to attempt to make it right. Overall they made a good effort. Sadly I've yet to be impressed with anything recently. In the past I've had a few decent Oreo shakes. Recently even those were sparse. If you like McDonald's you may be happy with the food/service. If your not a big fan this location is unlikely to win you over. However as it's been a few months since my incident perhaps things have changed. Due to the attempts to make things right I give it a 2 rather than the 1 I would normally have given; had they not tried so hard after what was clearly incompetence or not caring on the part of employees to make things right. At least on that end corporate &/or the manager at the time tried very hard to compensate. That is appreciated. So if anyone has issues here I would recommend contacting them & they may make it right if things haven't changed.

Never had an issue here! Much improved since most of the reviews. Food is always fresh, friendly staff and if something does to wrong they fix it right away and offer a pie or cookies to make up for it!
