Dunkin' Donuts

Service is absolutely AMAZING, I have nothing but positive to say about the staff. The only thing, maybe the coffee pots need a good washing? The iced coffee always seems to have a funny taste.

Best DD in town. I drive past a DD to go to this one. The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Husband and I sat in the drive thru for a while with no greeting before we decided to go inside. They were apologetic and said sometimes the dinger doesn't go off when people pull up.... so forewarning. Other than that our food waa fresh. I ordered the veggie egg white muffin. Husband had the sausage egg and cheese croissant.

Every single time I visit here with my mom they blow us away with their service. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and they always have the best attitudes. I have never seen one employee look unhappy serving us. Everyone goes out of their way to provide us with the best service, even going so far as to give us free food when they dont have what we asked for. 10/10 love this DD

Horseheads DD is the best. Always fast despite the line. Always have my order correct and very friendly.
