McDonald's

We were in town for a week and ate here everyday for lunch. We still compare all other McDonald's to this one. The food from this store was consistently fresh, warm, and tasty

Brought photo evidence of a grilled cheese gone wrong (one bun was BLACK) and the manager named Heather refused to replace it, instead insinuating that I could be lying to get this $0.70 sandwich replaced. What terrible customer service for a local resident that visits this location weekly. I bought the sandwich here and would not try to pass one over on you for a $0.70 sandwich. Take ownership of the bigger issue that an employee sent this sandwich out, and remedy it for the normally drive-through customer that took their time to bring this feedback to you in-store. I will update this review after I hear back from the owner. I’m just so sorely disappointed with the level of service I was given tonight.

Everything was cooked properly & there was nothing missing from my order & everything was the way I ordered it. This McDonald's is better than the Oscoda one by far.

food tastes like plastic. i ripped apart a chicken nugget and it seemed as if it was made from a paste from the back end of a cow.

It's better than Burger kings at least the French fries are hotter not cold like Burger king's every time I go there is sad but foods never hot but Thanks for McDonald & they have HOT foods.
