This is quite honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have two kids and have lived nearby for 2 years so we frequent it often. It is hideously slow. One time I was the only one in the drive thru and it took just under FIFTEEN minutes to get two happy meals. Quality is poor even if they get your order right, but mostly it's just so slow. I am also not one to complain. I've never felt it necessary to leave a bad review, but this location is just the worst

*updated review from 1 star* The wait times have become more reasonable, the staff are friendlier and they have been actually utilizing their drive thru wait stalls so that the line up moves quicker! I’ve dropped Tims coffee and only come here for coffee. Way better. Keep it up!

Slowest McDonald's I have been to. I do not say this lightly. It has been this way for years. It clearly has serious management problems. McDonald's Canada please step in and help us!!!

Truly one of the worst McDonald's in Calgary.  Some of the staff are awesome,  and the rest need further training.  Expect to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru especially at dinner time.  Order a large fry if you would like a small.  The portion in the large box is equivalent.  Cold fries, copious amounts of mayo on quarter blt.  Have had to throw food out.  Had stopped going here for about 6 months.  Decided to try again recently...  My mistake.  Nothing changed.  
I have gone inside to order as well.  This experience was troubling.  They have automated machines taking the place of order takers.  One register one person manning it.  Two auto machines and two employees encouraging you to use them cause it's "quicker".   What about the two young people that could have had a job instead???

I go to this chain primarily for the coffee. It is always hot and fresh so no complaints. Service is ok but the ordering process through the kiosk is a pain and a bottleneck when all I want is a beverage.
