McDonald's

I just got back from vacation, and my kiddos wanted something quick to eat, so we stopped by at this McDonald's. We were greeted by the sweetest drive-thru attendant, who gave me and my kids a lovely, welcoming energy. We ordered, and she even went as far as recommending food to my kids since we don't eat out often. I was very satisfied with my food and the entire process. I didn't catch a name, but she's this sweet young black girl who wears a headscarf. I will be coming back again, and I hope that the service was just as good as the last time.

I don't here often but the last two times I went to try out a special burger they had. Apparently the first time I didn't learn my lesson because this time the burger was even worse. I asked for the bbq western quarter pounder. I got a quarter pounder with 2 pieces of onion, 1 piece of bacon, a tiny corner of a piece of lettuce and some bbq sauce. Brutal.nnSorry, I also got 2 pickles when I asked for zero.

I ordered a double quarter pounder without cheese and I got cheese on it I am allergic and a happy meal I contacted them and they said to contact DoorDash which I did and DoorDash sent in something for a re-delivery and McDonald’s cancelled the order and said if I wanted my correct order I need to order more food and they will include my burger in order , This was the last of my money I jumped back and forth between calling McDonald’s and DoorDash supports , They said if I wanted my food I have to wait until my refund hits my account and to reorder when it does and my refund is only $4.00. I will NOT be ordering from here again but atleast my toddler got her food . Do better McDonald’s and get staff that can read. If I could give 0 stars I would

I never write reviews but my experience I had at this location was very frustrating. I went through the drive thur, ordered 3 different smoothies. I drove 5 minutes down the road and notice that all of them were just syrup and cold water, so I drove back to get them replace. When I got there, I assume it was the manager, told me that I ordered it an hour ago and the ice just melted. So they basically said I was lying instead of a polite apology. They finally replaced them and they were made properly, surprise. What happened to the costumer is always right. What kind of costumer services says, argue over a $3 smoothie. I will be going elsewhere to get my fast food from now on.

This location is the worst. The staff are not friendly. We ordered food in the drive through. They asked us to pull ahead to reserved parking. They took forever and then didn’t even bring out the full order. The fries were old and disgusting, they forgot the apple juice in the kids meal, forgot on of our sandwiches and gave us the wrong sauce. Went in to ask for the items we paid for and the manager had the nerve to say we’re asking for too much. Wtf we’re asking for the order we paid for and we’re made to wait for and could even give us fresh food or the stuff we paid for. This place is a joke and I’m just floored at the way management dealt with the situation. Terrible, service.
