McDonald's

I'm aware this is a fast food restaurant I'm not expecting pristine action however if I ask for extra extra pickles and I specify I want extra why do I then get home only to open my burger to find two slices of pickle on top of each other? They can't even be bothered to attempt to arrange them so every bite has a little bit of flavor in it . Please don't just reach under the hot holder and grab a sandwich!! I asked for something specific is that not your job McDonald's to provide me with the food I asked for since I'm paying $10 for a meal?!

I should have went to 130th ave... Spent way to long here in the drive through this morning when I reached the window. The person in the first window (who was a Team Lead) had rudely asked ' what did you order again'. I confirmed my coffee, and she looked at me, looked out the window at the car in front of me, and went, whoops. I mixed up the orders. Give me a minute. She then proceeded to the other window (I am assuming) to tell the person they didn't pay correctly. All while I am sitting at the window just waiting to pay for my one coffee. She finally comes back, and asks my order 2 more times because she has to re-punch this in the computer. I finally get to pay and proceed to the next window. The lady there, who was very unpleasant, asked what I ordered. I said my coffee with 2 milk and 2 sugar. She proceeds to hand me a coffee and says '2 milk 2 splenda'. I then say, I ordered my coffee with 2 sugar, and she says 'same thing. splenda, sugar'. I then asked what she put in the coffee because there is a large difference between the two, and she says sugar. Overall, horrible experience just getting my morning coffee and I will not return. Worst location I have ever been to. Update: my coffee order was wrong, which I found out at work. The coffee is watered down, and there is cream in the coffee. Absolutely not impressed.

This is my favorite location in the SE. The service is typically very good and order accuracy is usually bang on. 🍔🍟 This location is much better than the 130th Ave SE and the 72 Ave SE location

Thanks for messing up my order!! It's on a screen so you just have to read and grab the corresponding item.. Your staff all want more money.. maybe after they learn to read

Staff here are very friendly. I walked over to this McDonalds today from my office. We had a big dump of snow last night and one of the staff saw I had to walk through a big snow pile to get from the sidewalk into the parking lot. While I was eating my lunch he went out and shovelled a path for me back to the side walk. Let’s face it McDonald’s menu is the same at every location but It’s these little things that set them apart. They didn’t have to do that but I sure appreciated it.
