During our visit to Calgary we had a stop here but the experience wasn't pleasant at all. The staff was lazy like they didn't want to work. The lady on the counter was not friendly at all as she damn care about customers or owns the place. If someone uses the points thn her face and reaction was more weird. Ordered fries, MCFLURRY oreo and burgers but service was so slow, food was good but without nice serving food doesn't matter. Washrooms were also not as clean as written inside.

I've been to this store at least 5 times 2 times I ordered from the kiosk, get the order wrong. So then I decided the next time. I will go straight up to the till and order from there. Still got it wrong. Fourth and final time also went to the till, told them that I have not got a proper order from this establishment to date. Assured that I would, Get back out to my truck heading down the highway and oh lo and behold wrong again, you can keep all the extra money that I've paid for product i did not get. how hard is it to make a double big mac light sauce or a double quarter pounder, no ketchup to date its extra what I don't want and never a double, nuggets are always short . Zero accountability at this store

This location has gone downhill so much from the last owner. The cleanliness has really went down, especially in the bathrooms. The staff are able to hang out on their phones loud and obnoxiously on speakerphone in the restaurant during their breaks. Some of the Filipino staff still try really hard. They are friendly and make you feel welcome, the rest not so much. The TVs aren't on anymore, ketchup and ice usually running low/ empty. Currently A&W a much better burger choice now.

Ordered a McCrispy meal, it sure came crispy. This is bad, how could someone let l this go from the kitchen? One bite and “burnt toast” taste overpowered everything

Always a pleasant visit, fresh food, clean atmosphere, the staff are always jolly, welcoming, so so friendly and helpful. I visit and eat at this place more than a normal person probably should lol.
