Stopped here for a breakfast on the road. The restaurant was quiet, staff was quick and police and the food is what you'd expect from a humptys. Overall good experience.
Updated Review - We continue to stop here when in the area. The service has been fast, efficient, and the food is reasonable. We appreciate the flexibility for our orders., such as switching real cheese for cheese sauce to provide healthier options. These changes have improved the taste and quality of our meals. We also find that, despite a meat-dominated menu, they are able to accommodate the vegetarians we have in our group. We also appreciate the opportunity to order one-size smaller on items. The items pictured are are a veggie omelet with real cheese, a one-size smaller vegetarian pan-scrambler, a veggie burger, and a full size meat pan-scrambler. We were happy with our latest experience.nnOriginal Review - This works as a decent stop along the highway, but don't expect great flavour or great service during busy times. We arrived and had to wait to be greeted at the door. We were seated quickly, but did not get a chance to order drinks for several minutes. Eventually, we ordered drinks and meals together. The food is simple but generous. We ordered dishes like a veggie pan scrambler, veggie omelet, and veggie eggs Benedict. All were bland, but as promised. The chorizo scrambler, with spicy sausage, was more flavorful.
We’re not new to Kindersley, and certainly not new to Humpty’s—but today gave us a reason to write a review. As always, we were greeted by the beautiful and kind staff who feel like family, like a group of Aunties, in the best way.nnVirginia, especially, always welcomes us with a smile. She knows the kids by name and affectionately calls Grandpa… well, Grandpa. It’s those little touches that make all the difference.nnI ordered the special Chicken Fried Steak, and oh boy, was I pleased! I couldn’t stop complimenting it throughout the meal. It wasn’t my stomach asking for more,it was my gluttonous self, delighting in every bite.nnThe kids, as always, had the boodles and loved them. Grandpa went for the Pulled Pork Pancakes and enjoyed them too. But the grand prize, without a doubt, goes to my Chicken Fried Steak!nnThank you again for making us feel so at home.
Me and My son had our lunch in Humpty's restaurant in Kindersley, SK and had an outstanding experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers Mozza Sticks to the main course, everything was perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Virgie, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was flawless. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for the guests made all the difference. It’s clear that the Management are committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Humpty's in Kindersley for anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!nWe will definitely comeback!
Always a great time at humpties , i find there potato skins to be one of the most amazing I've ever had. There wraps and main meals are cooked to profection, they pay attention to detail when changing your order.friendly staff. Hardly any wait time on getting drinks. They pay attention so your appies arnt still out as your meal is.nI recommend stopping in for a good meal while traveling down highway 7
