McDonald's

We placed an order on the app, and when we went to pick it up, they were out of the muffin we ordered.nnThey said they could cancel it, and we believed them so we took the other part of our order and left.nnThey still charged us for the muffin we never got despite telling us they wouldn't.nnAt the time, I even offered to take another kind of muffin, but they ignored me.

Food and service was excellent but the drive through was slow there was 2 cars in front of me and it took over 10 minutes though I understand it’s a remote location and no food waste is key. The food was fresh and delicious

The staff for the most part are awesome a few new employees are hard to understand and mot as friendly as the rest of the staff Always happy to see Ren and there's a younger fellow who works there and is one of the hardest worker I've ever seen at any McDonald's and I've been to a lot so unfortunately his name is evading me at the moment might be kirk but can't be sure he definitely goes above and beyond keeping the Lakefield McDonald's very clean and always has a smile on his face and it's always nice to see him we don't get to see Ren as much now that she's doing schooling Mason always looks forward to seeing her you have 2 amazing employees and McDonald's should be greatful for having them

Ordered ice cream cones for my wife and I on line, but when we arrived to pick them up, the ice cream machine wasn't working . We had to go elsewhere.

Slow drive through - 15nMin wait for 2 coffees. Slow service. Had to repeat myself 3 times.
