McDonald's

Absolutely impressed with the staff on Saturday Sept 14, 2024 around 730pm. Not only were they friendly, they carried themselves respectfully and the young man at the window was kind!nnI haven’t received great service like this in some time…. We did not enter the restaurant but earlier we left a McDonald’s in Bancroft because of how disgustingly dirty it wasnThis restaurant although we didn’t go inside, but the windows looked well maintained, and from what I could see inside the drive through window it was clean.nnThe sauce on the Big Macs and arch was way too mustardy - unsure if there was a mistake made there, but it did affect my food slightly. Although, I was too hungry to carennAnyway, would go back to this location!

They had a closing at 9 pm sign up . I get it . But it's 840 I was completely ignored at drive through pulled up to the windows where 4 different staff pretended to not see me and that's where you get this bad review made eye contact with not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 employees you all pretended i didn't exist!! You saw me waving!!!.look i know how it is I'm a chef is have been in the food service industry for 20 yrs. Open the window say everything is shut off . Make something up but just flat out ignore me like that . You wont get my business again.As I'm writing this it's 8:55 I drove down the road pulled over . I get you wanna go home early we all do . Words of advice in this economy in these times there are at least 100 people who would gladly take your job times are tough. They would probably do it better too

Was here today, placed order at 12:07, got my meal at 12:18. The order was incorrect. Staff took the burger out of the bag and then put it back in. This was at 12:22. Spoke to the manager who was very helpful. Credited me back my meal and at 12:26 delivered my correct order with apologies. The server and manager were both very apologetic.

Pretty average McDonald's was open on New years days which was convenient but not all day breakfast which was what I was hoping for. I'm sure I'll eat here again but I wish they would do breakfast all day.

In the drive through while the hours and sign are open. I can see the staff, but am being refused service because they said they closed early. It's 10:45pm for an 11pm closing. Brutal service.
