Ordered 1 quarter pounder meal and a 10 pc chicken nuggets plus an additional quarter pounder burger in drive thru… only to realize after awhile that they did not give us the extra quarter pounder.. no receipt in the bag either. But got charged in our debit for $32+ so clearly we got charged for it but did not get it. Fix your service very incompetent its not cheap and u will not honor if we go because u didnt put oir receipt either! Never going there again!

Very disappointing experience. The girl taking our order was extremely rude and unfriendly. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, but instead we felt disrespected. There was no patience, no courtesy, and the interaction made us uncomfortable. The food was fine, but the poor attitude completely ruined the experience. I hope the management provides better customer service training because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I won’t be returning to this location.

i came through drive thru. asked for all my food to be fresh and that i would wait. i get to the window and the server had my order ready to go and i asked again if it was fresh and she assured me it was. i opened my order down the street while driving and it was all cold. how could they prepare fresh food in 30 seconds?

I was quite satisfied with the hot food. Fries were crispy and scrumptious and the burger was Amazing as well. Staff at the South Fraser location , opposite the seven oaks mall are always a Happy bunch of people.

I ordered the Mc Veggie sandwich from the drive-through about five minutes before arriving home, and unfortunately the sandwich was severely overcooked and appeared to have been made in old oil. The patty was burnt and the food was cold. I called the store to inform the team, but when I was transferred to the manager, she denied that anything was wrong with the order. I explained that this was not about the cost, but about the quality of the food I received. I had also requested ketchup at the drive-through, which was not included. I have evidence of the condition of the sandwich and will be attaching it. This was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had
