KFC

Bad service! My KFC APP was not working and asked for special of the week and the lady working said their was no specials and they knew nothing about their own app!!!!???? Any how I still ordered my meal and came home. I looked online and sure enough there was the weekly app special for individual and family as well as other specials!!!! She lied!!! I was sooooo pissed off!!!! Also no eye contact and so cold and non friendly!!!! My wife was with me and she was absolutely shocked at the service and communication and to top it all off my big crunch meal was gross as to the sandwich, the root beer had next to no flavor but the fries were fine. I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I would rather go to the Sumas Way location as that is much better actually way better. Longer drive but worth it for great service and way better food.

I am very disappointed in the staff at KFC. They can never get my order right even if all it is 4 large tubs of gravy and a straw. EVERYTIME they always forget the straw. The staff always have to ask multiple times what my order is and always seem to never understand what I am saying.

I have completely lost it with this place. 9 times out of the 10 they mess uo your order. You say your order at the intercom and go to the window. At the window she repeats the order and its wrong and you correct them again. But who cares there still gonna make the wrong food. No wonder they dont give receipts. Kentucky Fried Chicken....more like Kant Fu**ing Cook.

Horrible service. Rude staff. Everytime u have to ask for napkins and ketchup. I think it is a commonsense when u order fries, u also need ketchup.
