Terrible and that’s an understatement on the customer services there... I went next store to the pilot to a worker and she said it was her cousin that helped me and she would take care of it... hope she dose but it wasn’t just that rude female but all of the staff that messed up four orders while complaining (with what I could see an off duty employee) over the counter. thank you to the pilot employee for maybe fixing the problem.. I wouldn’t go here for a while from a fellow trucker been here a few times and tonight was the worst.. also with all the workers there and how long it took for my food... well when I worked in a kitchen my hands and mouth could move at the same time. Just saying fire your staff and hire people that want to work.!

Recently, I have conducted an experiment with this location. I went there and purchased a meal. It was terrible. the food was lukewarm at best. The fries were hard like they were sitting around for a year. I thought I would give it another try. Second trip same result. I became intrigued. I wanted to know if I could get an actual hot meal. I tried a few more times and my last visit was the worst. My sandwich was ice cold. Now for the staff. Most of the interactions were fine except, for my third visit. Apparently, my receipt had condensation on it or possibly got wet. The young lady running the drive thru, picked up my receipt and slapped it on the back of a co-worker. She yelled "Stop It!!" very loudly. Super unprofessional. Also, this location DOES NOT participate in the national promotions. Dollar drink? Not here! This location is such a huge disappointment. How are they still operating? I do not recommend this McDonalds.

SLOWEST MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Slow service. Workers literally moving slowly. Stood in line behind 6 other customers waiting to order or that had already ordered. 3 of their orders were wrong when they got them. Everyone in line was openly complaining about the service and long wait time. Cashier refused to give me my drink cup while I waited in line. I've been to McDonald's locations across the country and that's the first time that has ever happened. The place is set up weird too. Straws at the counter instead of by fountain pop machine, no ketchup dispenser to be found. I waited at the counter to ask for ketchup and finally decided to speak up since no one would look at me. Without saying a word, the girl grabbed a handful of ketchup packets and jammed them in my bag. My cheeseburgers and fries were cold, my coke tasted like city water with a hint of sweetness, no napkins in my bag and no napkin dispenser anywhere. Also, I dined in and wasn't given a tray so I had to eat my fries and packet ketchup off a cheeseburger wrapper. Most definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. UPDATE 11-1-17: This place still sucks. Coke still sucks, same ordeal with the cup and the ketchup again. Fries cold and soggy, no guacamole on my pico guacamole sandwich (which I didn't realize till I was down the road of course). Still way too long of a wait for only two customers.

Fries were hot and the swiss mushroom melt was yummy..hit the spot after a long few hours at the Hollywood casino..
