I waited 20 minutes for my order. 2 coffees. Sloths work faster. And the coffee tasted like hot water. Really.

Mc donald in sturheon falls sucks thry should have more plp working that way they it would go faster to get are food plus they should have aanager in thay restaurant that know what he is doing and be good with the customers cause we are the one that is paying is salary there service sucks at nigth. Well mcdonal howners should look verry good at this mcdonald in stugeon falls cause if it keep going like it going they will loose alont of money cause more plp are going to aw for some verry good service way better than mc donals.ps from a unhappy costomer that is tired of the lack of experience workers at this mc donalds .u guys sucks.

I would have rated it higher, but the other day I noticed it was rather dirty behind the counter and other things. On the plus side the food is consistent and I haven't gotten sick yet. :)

First of all they were not wearing hair nets with their greasy hair! Ewww! I ordered 6 nuggets and got 4. Store was dirty on machines and floor. Fries were dry and had no salt. They need to be way more disciplined.

This location is so slow. Majority of the time they can’t get your order right. Sat in line for 15 mins for 2 steeped teas. It’s faster to drive to North Bay!
