First off KFC cut all there cheaken in hafe so you r getting hafe of you pay for and I placed a order and that was not even done right .The cheaken was greasy and hardy know breading I won't be back intil Tracy makes changes .this is the Sturgeon falls location

Staff seems dim. Very slow. Don't understand how to prioritize orders. Don't know about Colonel's Club or other coupons. Don't pack correct pieces of chicken as per KFC guidelines. Food is not as good as at other franchises. We don't use this KFC any longer.

Service is good and waits are not long. Only downside is very little place to park at peak times
