Don't let the exterior fool you! This McDonalds is newly renovated even though it's got a unique strip mall exterior. Brunch was delicious and the restaurant and washrooms were clean.

My experience was over the top amazing and always is!nThe drive thru ladies always welcome me with a smile and friendly attitude. A very nice younger lady working Debra i think she said her name was, mentioned to put in a review so that their hard work goes noticed! Beautiful smiles all the time!

They ignored me at the counter for 10mins . I was the first in line. They helped multiple drive thru customers and ignored my requests for service. Then the supervisor, Jen, said it wasn't her fault they were short staffed and to go make breakfast at home if I want it so bad. Then went to the back and complained in sight about me. The manager, Eric, was slow to respond and offered me nothing but head offices number. Others waited 10 to 15 mins plus for their food to come out. I left with nothing.

We went to this McDonald’s tonight and were absolutely delighted with the level of customer service provided by Suzy. It was such a breath of fresh air! Suzy your attitude and customer service skills are so rare today. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in the service industry!
