McDonald's

This location is horrible. Every time I go here there's a very long wait, even if there's only 1 or 2 other people there. Our orders are always getting messed up, and they hardly give out any dipping sauces. I've never had so many problems at other McDonald's, I would much rather take the drive to Berlin and go to the one there. Never had a problem there.

went through drive through, ordered the $3 cheeseburger with only onion and catsup. Was thoroughly disappointed! The package and burger were so saturated with catsup and had pickles which I had not ordered. Ended up throwing it. will not be back as I felt it was a simple order and was a waste of money.

Worst McDonald's ever in Wautoma. I waited 20 minutes for my food. It took 20 minutes to get 4 orders out. People in drive thru we're coming in to ask where there order was. My food was cold. Manager wasn't pleasant when it was brought to her attention I was wrongly charged. Owner needs to get a grip on that store. And clean it.

I tryed to thank THIS LADY TEDDY FOR FINDING MY DEBIT CARD. When I asked the manager Lisa if She was here. She replied in a nasty tone of voice . Yes shes busy. With out even asking me if she could help. But ahe did let me thank her. Thank you again Teddy . My food is good. Front line check out man is so sweet. Thank you.

Always VERY slow and usually wrong. This has been ongoing for years through different managers and employees. I just do not understand why when other McD's never seem to have the same issues that this location seems to have an issue EVERY time.
