I'll NEVER, NEVER eat there again! Besides the old hard chicken that they gave us and the hair in my snack wrap, there was a fried bug at the bottom of my daughters fries. Yes, you heard me right, a big fried bug. Beyond disgusting. Beyond unacceptable. How does that even happen? Both my daughter and I threw up, not bc we ate a bug bc thankfully we did not, but even the thought of it makes me gag. Yes, I got a refund 2 days later, but that really isn't good enough.
Overall appearance is rough...closed down store right behind it...parking lot looks like they did missile testing there but the drive-through was moving fast, they got my order right and it tasted good. One of the better mcdonalds in the area food wise.
Horrible service!!! Fries were severely under cooked, went back to get new ones and they were under cooked again, chicken nuggets were also under cooked, and my sandwiches were ordered as just ketchup and cheese but when I went to eat them they had everything on them. The staff working seemed like they didn't give two craps and this is not the first time I have had issues with my food from this location and the staff
I have to say they were some of the most pleasant McDonald's employees I've interacted with!! It was pleasure stopping at McDonald's for the first time in a long time!! Keep up the great staff
i live right here in sidney, literally right down the road & every time i come my order NEVER changes whether it be the breakfast menu or lunch menu. how come EVERY TIME i come through the drive thru, i have to double check my food & make sure my order is correct or face the consequences when i get home. I got off of work @7am after a 12 hour shift, forgot to check my food, got home & the food i literally order every time i go, was messed yep. YET AGAIN. all i ever get in return is “i’ll put you on the list for a free meal”, never even a sorry lol. it actually sucks they’re they only “fast food” restaurant in the village of sidney.
