McDonald's

Ordered on door dash and the app wouldn’t allow me to order decaf as part of a meal. I called as I placed the order and they said the would make sure it’s decaf. When the order arrived they even made sure to mark my cup decaf! I just really appreciate it! Wish I had the girls name!

Eight workers saw me waiting for the order but all ignored me. As I was waiting for the order was ready to hand over. But nobody was doing effort and responsibility to hand over the order to me.nAfter eight minutes a new worker noticed me and handed over the order. Because older staff is habitual of ignoring delivery drivers. When customer complained about the cold food they always blame delivery drivers.

I am not normally one to write a bad review but at minimum the last 10 visits my family and I have had here, an item was missed and not given to us even though we had paid for it, or there have been a bunch of grounds in my iced coffee. I'm not sure if there are a bunch of new staff but this is by far the worst McDonald's location..

Almost every day, I use their drive through twice and so far, every time, I’ve been treated well and provided with correct orders. The employees there are very friendly and polite and always have a great mood which I feel is contagious! Keep up the good work. I’ve only used walk-in once and it took way longer than the drive thru usually would but otherwise it’s a great place with some nice employees. Keep up the good work! There is most often parking available to the front or side of the McD.

The atmosphere is the nicest out of any McDonald's in the edmonton area between the custom painted side walls and the old car in a glass booth outside. All other's feel plain compared to this one as it feels like it has history.
