DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Very rude staff they do not listen to the customers. I had to wait 5 mins at the order box and no one in front of me. When got to the window I saw 4 of them standing around doing nothing. I had to wait another 5 mins for 2 moolattes. I will only now go to spruce grove dairy queen.

I came in on a -40 evening, the staff were excellent, happy, I'm thankful I took the extra twenty steps past Boston pizza.

Tried the BBQ sandwich, I'd call it a "wish" sandwich where you wish you had some BBQ in it. The actual sandwich looks NOTHING like the picture. After several bites of 90% pizza dough bread I got up and had to say something. (I can't even remember the last time I went back to say something about my food! ) I took up the last half of my sandwich and the manager was called over and said they only put "one scoop" of meat on the sandwich. He refused to put more meat on it or make me another sandwich of a different type. Extremely poor customer service. There was a pretty good crowd waiting to order and the lady behind my said she didn't blame me for complaining. I went across the street to Subway and got a real sandwich!

The Grill & Chill concept is a sort of "churched up" DQ experience, in which you can enjoy your flame broiled burger, or peanut buster parfait in style. This location is clean and the food is what you expect from a DQ.

Ordered 2 7 dollar meal deals everything came out great and the staff was friendly. Seems like they changed alot.
