DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

It’s a fast food place. The food is fine but literally every time I’ve gone they have forgotten an item. I have tried to contact them but the phone just rings endlessly. I tried to say something in person but was told they have no way to prove it was missing. It’s usually always something from my kids meal so one kid is missing their ice cream or dinner.

Went in at 9:30, took forever to get my food but from what i could see from the drivethru window they were just waiting on my burger, finally recieved it, drove home 2-3 blocks away, opened my burger to notice the cheese wasn't melted like usual, bit into it to find it was cold, and i dont mean cold like it was under a heat lamp for a bit, the patties mustve been made an hour ago and left out, this isnt a hamburger, its a damn sandwhich. The food isnt good here very often, but this takes the cake.

On this visit to Dairy Queen in Stony Plain, I used my app deal to get myself a regular poutine for $3originally $5.99. I was happy with my order, the quality, the quantity, and the service I received. I am not sure that I would get a regular poutine at full price, but I was happy with getting one for $3 :

We ordered an ice cream cake for a Monster Energy theme birthday party for our 13 yr old.Due to supply issues they had no black icing. The lady that makes the cakes printed off an edible top and did an amazing job!! The cake is so beautiful our girl cried nThe staff here is so friendly& helpful. Thank you!!!
