nnI had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s and wanted to recognize the team for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and treated with genuine kindness and respect. The staff had such a positive attitude, and it made the entire visit enjoyable. Even though the restaurant was busy, everyone remained professional, patient, and efficient. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as requested.nnThe restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere. It was clear that the employees work hard to keep everything organized while still making customers feel valued. Small acts of kindness, such as greeting customers warmly and answering questions with patience, really make a difference, and this team did an amazing job. It’s refreshing to visit a place where people genuinely care about providing great service. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and dedication. The dinning area is an absolute disaster, there was only one table that we felt comfortable eating at for cleanliness.nAbsolutely no napkins or straws.nHad to correct my order as there were things forgotten.nPop was flat.nThis location definitely needs to do better.
Ok so Ive gotten a ton of wrong orders here, so finally I decided to share. Does this look like a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle? Did the sausage and egg run away together to start a family? Like cmon guys whats going on use some critical thinking if the order says sausage egg and cheese clearly it doesn’t mean cheese only. Even the wrapper says sausage egg and cheese
Very disappointing experience.nnI ordered three burgers, three drinks, and a large fry through Uber Eats to surprise my little brothers with McDonald’s. When the order arrived, none of the food inside was what we ordered. We received a completely different burger, a different drink, chicken nuggets that nobody ordered, and a couple of dipping sauces.nnWhat made it even more frustrating was that the receipt attached to the bag was correct. It listed our order properly, but the food inside was clearly someone else’s. That tells me the order was not checked before it left the restaurant. To make matters worse, the food we did receive was cold.nnAfter reading other reviews, it looks like this is a recurring problem at this location. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will receive the food they paid for. This location seriously needs better quality control and management because this level of carelessness is unacceptable.
Had to wait 10 minutes for a single refresher and all the staff were joking around and not even paying attention to the customers to read out the numbers and none of them were wearing gloves !! Definitely won't come back
