The lack of organization and efficiency was frustrating, and it seemed like there was no real effort to prioritize or manage the orders effectively.nnI’ve been to this location before, and while I’ve had decent experiences in the past, this visit left a bad impression. A 25-minute wait for something as basic as fries is unacceptable, especially in a fast-food setting. I hope they improve their service and find better ways to manage high-traffic times, because this kind of delay makes me hesitant to return.
placed two mobile orders, which I provided at the speaker in the drive-thru. When we arrived at the window to pick up our food, one of the orders was missing. We explained to the staff that we had already given both mobile order numbers, but the employee rudely denied receiving one of them.nnAfter going back and forth, she finally admitted there was an issue, but instead of resolving it at the window, she told us we needed to come inside to fix it. This was said in a dismissive and rude manner, showing no care for the inconvenience caused. The employee, an Asian woman with white hair, exhibited behavior that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.nnThis situation not only wasted a lot of our time but also made us very late. We had expected a quick and seamless experience, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable.nnMcDonald’s needs to train employees better on how to handle such situations politely and efficiently. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with rude behavior or lose so much time over something that should have been resolved easily.
I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this McDonald's. During my visit to the drive-thru, the staff seemed more focused on personal conversations and distractions than on providing attentive service. As a result, my order was incorrect, and when I addressed the issue, the staff responded with indifference and did not offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disappointing, especially from a well-established brand. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving customer service standards moving forward. 0 star.
Have not had McDonald’s in years drive thru line was long so decided to walk in for faster service NOT. Stood in line 10 minutes while no one interacted at cash. Then realized on my own that I can order my large fries at the kiosk. Got my order after waiting a total of 15 minutes for 2 large fries only to get home, a 3 min drive away to find out the fries were not fully cooked. Wow! And this is why McDonald’s hasn’t gotten my money in years. Great reminder!
Bright and clean location. Got a great deal 2 dine in offer via the McD App. Wait time was reasonable. Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I didn’t expect the staff would check on us twice to make sure we were good on everything. Very positive experience.
