Again placed an order online 2 Big Macs nothing on them and asked before I left, these are plain, they said yes. Threw out 2 Big Macs because kids don’t eat the sauce or salad. Fantastic money being spent on food being thrown out
The worst McDonald in the GTA. No customer service, not the latest happy meal toys and a good 20 minutes or more to get order.nnWe saw the happy meal display with Pokemon cards as a toy and that was the only reason we ordered happy meal. When we received the order, we did get a “Pokemon” happy meal box with no Pokemon toy. We got a “book” that is not the latest book as advertised in the showcase. When I asked the staff, she told me it’s sold out and it’s the end of it, and she just walked away without even handing over my entire order. I had to stretch my arm to get my order on the other side of the counter! Half of the time, we got toys that were not as advertised not current toys on display. Once we got a toys from 2 years ago how to train a dragon toy.nnA week later, I came back to ask for an exchange, the manager told me “we don’t do exchange. And it’s not her who handed out the “Pokemon happy meal box” with that old book”. And she doesn’t know why or who did it. Seriously you are the manager and you know nothing! So disorganized!nnGuess what! I went to another McDonald not far away and that manager was nice enough to exchange it.nnIf you are driving, there are many other McDonald’s around. It would be much faster to drive additional 5 min to another McDonald than wait 20–30 min to get your food.
I've had some pretty slow service at various places, but my experience at McDonald's took the cake! It felt like I was waiting forever just to place my order. This is not what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. I hope they can improve their service speed in the future!
Waited 45 minutes for hotcakes they didn’t even cook. Staff said they’d start cooking after all that time. No apology, no compensation — just complete disregard for customers. Totally unacceptable service. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back. A total waste of time.
The problem with the place is that they sometimes make you wait a while to take your order. You can clearly see them acknowledging your existence but they're prioritizing other tasks. The food and the place itself is great though.
