I ordered through mobile around 6:15 p.m., but still had to wait about 5 minutes after they handed me the ice cream first, it melted before I even got the rest of my food. What’s the point of mobile ordering then? On top of that, they only gave me one straw for two drinks. When I got home, I found a long hair in my fries and two short hairs stuck on my drink cup. Absolutely freaking disgusting. I had to throw everything away, waste of my money as well. I used to come to this location often, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Totally lost my trust
Very disappointed with the service. The restaurant and drive-thru were not busy, yet the staff were extremely slow and unprofessional. The employee was rude and took an unnecessarily long time to prepare and deliver the order. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
I'm not exactly sure what's been going on at this specific McDonald's but it seems as though the service quality has dropped over time. Perhaps they had a wave of new hires or something because I find myself having to constantly repeat my orders as if they genuinely don't understand what I'm saying when that wasn't an issue before as well as noticeably slower service overall when it used to be considerably faster. To note, this was always in the early morning.nn3 stars because the food is still great. Just that the level of service has noticeably dropped.
Eva, the employee who assisted me, stayed calm and patient even when I changed my order. She verified everything carefully and delivered excellent customer service.
Im not a fan of McDonald's or Fast foods.nBut, I give credit, when credit is due.nI witnessed the staff at this McDonald's, working hard to unload trucks, pack supplies and try their best to keep customers happy.nIn these efforts, I appreciate their hard work, and the patience for the high demands.nI ordered chicken nuggets, coffee and dipping sauces.nNuggets were fresh, crispy and didn't have any weird chewy or dark parts.nCoffee was Esspresso, with cream and honey, and it was actually drinkable...Unlike Tim's.nThe staff were kind and apologizing for order taking longer than expected.nOverall, I like this location, staff are kind and patient.nFood was tolerable, it is McDonald's 2025, not like McDonald's 1985, which was absolutely the best fast food available back then.nEntering the parking lot can be a task in itself, due to being on a hill and only having one way to drive into the establishment, can see they're definitely losing a massive income due to this inconvenience, still, nonetheless, can see they put great effort into providing for customer satisfaction.
