I ordered through mobile around 6:15 p.m., but still had to wait about 5 minutes after they handed me the ice cream first, it melted before I even got the rest of my food. What’s the point of mobile ordering then? On top of that, they only gave me one straw for two drinks. When I got home, I found a long hair in my fries and two short hairs stuck on my drink cup. Absolutely freaking disgusting. I had to throw everything away, waste of my money as well. I used to come to this location often, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Totally lost my trust
A McDonald's that serves the community here in Burnaby. Close by to a No Frills so you can come here before or after you do your grocery shopping. They have a drive through so you can get your Java or quick bite this way as well.nnMarch 8. 2026 Current Promotion is Playmobil for the Kids and NHL Star sticks for the kids at heart that are actually Adults or Grandparents? Is McD using temptation as bait to trigger the vulnerabilities of our inner child at ? McD is so so strategic!!!
Very disappointed with the service. The restaurant and drive-thru were not busy, yet the staff were extremely slow and unprofessional. The employee was rude and took an unnecessarily long time to prepare and deliver the order. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s location multiple times, and unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues.nnMost recently, there was a hole in the burger wrapping paper, and tomato juice leaked out all over me. It was very messy and uncomfortable.nnIn addition, this is now the third time within the past six months that I’ve received the wrong burger in my order. Occasional mistakes are understandable, but repeated errors over a short period of time suggest there may be an issue with quality control and order accuracy.nnI’m leaving this review in hopes that management will take steps to improve packaging checks and order verification. Customers should be able to rely on receiving the correct food, properly wrapped.
Google said I went 2 weeks ago which is a blatant lie. But seriously, if you are looking up the reviews for Macdonalds that makes me happy. You know exactly what you are getting and that’s deserving a star, but that’s about it.
