Absolutely do NOT come to this location. $14 and this is what I got, a mostly empty basket, with tiny strips. I’ve given this location a few chances, but it’s also tiny portions.
I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering, but I didn’t know.nI’ve always ordered from other locations, but this is my first time ordering from this one, and the quality is really disappointing. There’s barely any gravy, the cheese looks like they skimped on it, and the fries taste undercooked and grainy. My kids each had their own poutine, but they all left it unfinished. I think it would be good to check if it’s being prepared according to the proper recipe.nAnd the staff didn’t listen to what I was saying—they just kept talking over me. I think they could really use some additional training.
My son loves the ice cream cake so, I ordered one thru the online app. The price quoted stated $37.99 When I went to pick it up, I was charged $42.99. I mention it to to the cashier and her supervisor says that the price went up and would not honour my email order. This is not the first time this has happened and unless they are sued, I suppose it will keep happening. Beware.

Made me feel really welcome and even added a personal touch to the order. You don’t always get that kind of care these days — really appreciate the effort.Keep up the great work!nEven though it was busy,she stayed calm and professional.She Made my Blizzard just the way I like it, even double-checked it for me.It’s the small things like this that make customers feel valued.Hope she get recognized for her great work.
Placed an order via Uber Eats. The blizzards were great. However, the 3 pretzel sticks and queso dip were a HUGE food safety concern. There are two large spots refer to picture of mold growing in the queso dip and the 3 pretzels are ice cold.nnI called the store and spoke to a very concerned and understanding staff member Komal who offered to send me a replacement, give me a discount etc. I requested for her to dispose of the molded dip and ensure not to sell it to anyone else. This batch was handled by one of her colleagues who neglected to check that there was actual mold growing in the dip.nnThis is disappointing as I have always ordered all my families birthdays cakes and other from this particular location and now I am not too sure I want to go back.
