The woman on the mic at the drive-through was a sharp, positive contrast from my typical drive-through experiences of late. I left her a glowing review on McDonald's.com with the store and date referenced. Hopefully corporate passes the comments along and gives her a complimentary pack of nuggets or something.
Good experience at this location. Was pretty busy when we visited and the staff did a great job handling everything. Went to get ketchup and it was empty but crew member was happy to give us packets.
Update May 2024nService is fast and friendly, food is always made well and quickly. Good job.n-------------nNo issues with the restaurant itself, the food has always been good and the staff friendly.. my issue is that I waited in the drive through, placed an an order for 2 items using mobile apps, told them that when I ordered, then got to the window to pay and they would only let me order one of the items. So I cancelled the order, but wasted my time.
Food was hot and served quickly but definitely disappointed with the cotton candy shake - taste like medicine and isn't mixed properly so you get a mouthful of syrup almost every sip.
I ordered my food 37 years ago. Still stuck in the drive thru. Don't make the same mistake as me. Go enjoy your life.
