Me and my family have been there a few times over the last couple years, and its pretty much and average Dairy Queen except for one major flaw, the potent stench. Every time I have been there it smelled like the toilets were re-directed to the floor. I mean my god, we were in there for 10 minutes and I started to feel nautious. Even now a pungent order tracks me down as if it has seeped into my very clothes.
Today is my birthday and I went in to get a birthday treat that I've gotten on multiple years in the past and today i find the offer changed and I had to place a order via the app 45 days within the day. I was at a location two days ago and got a misty slush receipt attached but I didn't have the app nor did I know the deal changed. I was still denied. This was not making it right for your customersnThis was very disheartening to hear on my birthday.
Stopped in quick to grab a DQ Ice cream cake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection. No wonder since the price of an ice cream cake has gone up to $40! nAnyway, great job team!
One of the few business that put in the effort. Ordered a cake and do to communication issue on both ends a mix up happens. They offer a refund then, they offer to make a whole new cake that day. Great staff and management as far as I can tell.
I went this weekend at 10:55 basically 5 mins before closing but the shift lead lady took my order and served me with a big smile . Cheerful girl. This Staff is better than the frustrated London staff.
