Avoid this location if you can. Could not imagine this is a McDonald.... Floor is sticky, tables are uncleaned, trash cans are all full. When engaging with the shift leader, the person does not care at all
This place is nasty. The staff were reluctant to clean the tables when we requested. The floor under the tables were just a terrible mess of scraps and spilled drinks. The toilets were the worst i’ve seen. One cubicle had blood all over the toilet seat and in the bowl. The other had a urine flooded floor. Whoever left these mess shame on you. Have some respect for people who needs to use the toilet after you and the people whose job is to clean them. Mutual respect is deteriorating in this society, it’s obvious why the staff were so bitter about servicing the tables when we requested. This would never happen in my home country. We respect each other whatever you do whoever you are.
I am intrigued by the operational strategies employed by this restaurant to sustain its business despite the subpar quality of their food. It piques my interest to understand their sales tactics and how they manage to maintain their operations. The fries lack the desired crispiness, and the burgers emit an unpleasant odor.nnPs. Order large fries but they served just big red fries box and there were medium size amount fries. If I can, i wanna request fee for disposing of the box.
If I could rate 0/5 I would. Just went through the drive thru and they weren’t able to get my order right. Simply asked for 2 cheese burgers with extra pickles, ketchup, and mustard and I got one burger with no pickles? On top of that my burgers were cold. I confirmed my order at the first window and the short East Indian guy working at 10pm Saturday night April 6 nodded his head that my order was right. He was distracted while taking another order on his headset. Horrible customer service.
Wow this Mc Donald's last night was the worst experience I've ever had at a Mc Donald's before. Pull in and order thru the drive thru. Waited over 40 mins to watch many people drive around people who quit waiting and just left. Thought sweet we will get our food quicker. Roll up to the window to wait another 10 mins at the window as they had to make what I actually ordered cause it never got made in the first place. I thought for sure they should of given me the food for free for actually waiting in line for so long. Mc Donald's I know I won't be back and that's a guarantee. Oh and your team there sucked as well as I didn't even get a straw with my milkshake. Great job guys.
