Well kept McDonald's. Way better than the White Rock location. Always clean, quick service and I've never had an order screwed up here. Sure, the foods starting to get expensive and the quality isn't getting better, but you're coming here for quick service not high quality food. I would highly recommend this location over the white rock one all day long.
Yet again, this location can’t seem to get a single order right. My family makes every attempt to avoid this location as every time the order comes out incorrect but tonight was on of those exceptions.n2 Big Mac meals and 2 happy meals. Easy right?nI guess not. We received a Big Mac with no meat, a fish fillet, missing fries and 2 happy meals with missing pattys. The frustration is beyond explanation as this occurs every time we attend this location. EVERY TIME!
For the past 6 months I've visited this location 5 times and never got my order right. The first three times it was through drive-in so I started going inside and still did not get what I ordered.nnRegular orders for family of four. Nothing fancy. There is always something missing or wrong items.nnOne time it was expired goods in kids Happy Meal.nnOne time I ordered a Quarter pounder and got a Bic Mac instead.nnToday I went to order inside. Got my order in with the machine. Waited. Saw my order number in the waiting list.nSuddenly it disappeared. I just thought it's all good and they're making it. I saw it was busy. But after 10 minutes I went to ask somehow it was disappeared from the list.nSo Finally I got my order and a couple cookies. Checked that I had everything. I went home and realized I was missing a side wrap I ordered.nnI'm coming to a conclusion and McDonalds hates me. Our relationship especially with this location is broken. I want to give you my money but you don't want to give me my order.nnHow do we proceed? As a family of four sometimes I like something quick and easy. I'd love to go through the drive-in but that's not an option anymore.nI can go through the machine and wait extra. The only thing I ask is that I'd love to have what I paid for.nnEveryone has been really friendly and all. I'm not complaining about that. Young adults working hard under pressure. There's mistakes. Now it's just been too many in a row.nFast order is not always good. Right order is good.
Business is hard if you’re refrying your fries to heat them up. It’s not eatable. I mean come on.
Would have given a better rating. Tbh food was good. If asked for fresh I was served with the fresh food. The main problem is service. I do went there number of times had a great experience but from last few visits, there is one manager she wears spectacles she is so rude. She would treat like she is doing some favor on me or I owe her something. I once told her fries wasn't fresh pls replace the attitude she gave was crazy. I just prefer to talk to someone else than that rude brat. I think they need to train people with communication skills in order to promote them. This time it was really disappointing. I hope they will do something with this.
