We came on a weekend at lunchtime. There were quite a lot of people, and the driveway was packed. We ordered with the mobile app burgers, putine and drinks. The meal was promptly delivered to our table, and everything was tasty.nThe place is clean and staff are polite.
I ordered an Everything Bagel BLT for takeout, but received a bagel with cream cheese instead. Both the receipt and the label on the takeout bag clearly showed I ordered the BLT.
Usually I don’t review fast food joints but I wanted to take the time and recognize the Manager there Sara, as well as Melissa.nnWhat I found that sets this McDonald’s apart from others is they are genuinely caring about what they do. Sara was so helpful, asking if I needed anything as well I saw her going around trying to find who’s order was ready as they were calling out the order number and no one answered. From going to other McDonald’s I’ve never seen that, Staff usually just call at the desk and if no one comes for their order, staff just goes back to what they were doing. I feel like Sara went above and beyond compared to what I see at other locations I’ve been too.nnMelissa, she was very friendly and I noticed her going around to tables asking how everything is. It’s very nice to seennKudos to this McDonald’s !
This is by far the cleanest McDonalds restaurant I have ever experienced. They served the food to our table with excellent customer service and positive attitudes.nI encountered the manager and a lady named Gwen. Both with such positive and friendly attitudes.nKeep up the good work in your high standards of cleanliness! It's so hard to find in fast food, so it was important to acknowledge this whole team!
This place was amazing but especially the employees. But one in particular was Curtis right when I sat down for my order he came out with it quickly even though it was packed. Curtis was kind and showed how great of an employee he was.10/10
