Terrible experience. I will never be back. Staff were NOT efficient at filling orders and were slow paced. And one was handling change at the cash and then started prepping. Food without washing. Blech. Mind you, I feel they have probably given up or it’s maybe just hard to get staff at this location. It has sadly turned into a homeless/addict hangout. Both outside and inside. There is garbage outside. I had takeout and felt I would never want to stay and eat in this restaurant- homeless sleeping at tables and smell which the cannot help, I get that, but shoot, I want to eat in a comfortable atmosphere and I should not feel like a Karen for wanting this, but this is on whoever owns / manages this McDonald’s. I will never go near here again.
This location is notorious for getting my orders wrong any time I order from here. Ordered from Uber eats tonight, which doesn't let me pick a different location, and they managed to get two double cheeseburgers wrong by forgetting the extra patty, then put cheese on a big Mac that was requested no cheese. Really wish this location wasbt the only one that will deliver to my address. And also wish we had a local/non chain delivery service in town
the workers were very rude about wanting to use the washrooms, i had to ask 5 people to unlock it, it was very busy however the hate i faced for having to use the washroom was completely unacceptable. The 2 bigger lady’s were very rude lying repeatedly about the washrooms not being open even after i had stood there for 15 min. The only person to save this visit was the very nice worker with the pink hair and a lot of pins on their hat. They jumped at the opportunity to help me out instead of ignoring me and scolding me for a simple request. do better
I’m disappointed with my recent delivery order. My child’s Happy Meal was missing the apple slices, which should have been included. Also, the fries did not taste fresh — they had an unpleasant flavor, as if they were cooked in old oil. This was especially frustrating since it was a meal for a child. I hope the quality control improves for delivery orders as well.
Orderd a large coffee... What I got was a medium double double. It's a good thing that I didn't have a large order. Who knows what I would end up with.nnThey are stupid about their bathrooms in addition. Making customers having to line up and wait for a bathroom key.
