The renovation was awful..so,shocking! So,stark and empty feeling.nOnly one tiny kiosk ..no employees omg.nSo,stark! No menu on the wall..kiosks to order from.nOnly a tiny table for napkins..and the 2 napkin holders were empty.nTook forever for the food.nNever coming back.
I ordered 3 fries, 3 Big Macs. We also wanted ketchup salt and pepper as noted on the bill. We received 16 packages of salt, 34 packages of pepper and no ketchup. Tried to call and explain the waste and no one answered the phone.
A memory in time after a successful soccer season brought a legendary Golden nugget .nnGreat refresh inside. Not as many seats and I miss the play place. But such is the case of the modern times.
i dont like the renovationsnalso i miss the HIGH ceilingsnthe view was better out towards Princess before the renos
No customer service what so ever when dining in!! Waited 5 minutes to ask for ketchup and napkins. Waited 15 minutes and gave up to let them know there was no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom. Decided to just continue on with my day and go at my next stop. But all four rolls were empty- how does that happen? I get being busy, but have you not checked the bathrooms at all? Should’ve be checked once an hour. What if I wanted to order food? There was nobody at the front counter.
