A McDonald's location busy with families on Halloween weekend. Drive through too, but everything was steadily progressing.nnI like how McDonald's locations get to choose their own decor themes. I would guess this is an urban theme and the coolest part is a little nook at the very back which has an order station there too.nnThe seasonal peach pies are on point in terms of flavor and texture and the current pricing of $1.25 medium coffee is welcome.nnEnjoy!
Just now, I ordered a poutine and an Oreo McFlurry. The portion of McFlurry was very small than usual, very watery, and mixed very poorly, resembling a mess of slush. I was extremely dissatisfied and asked them to remake it. I usually come in the mornings to buy coffee, and it's generally fine. The night shift staff should be given better training lol.
Went for drive thru during breakfast hours, which was a way smaller menu and almost every single one of them are with egg and surely my egg for my sausage AND EGG muffin was missing. The whole point of doing drive thru just like everyone else was because we are in a rush, so by the time I got to it I was long gone. Surely even the app provided no way to file a complaint over it. Which makes me wonder how many mistakes were actually made daily.
McDonald's, if the world doesn't end on 2025 you have major work to do this coming year. This location has the men's washroom consistently at a freezing temperature. It needs to be renovated and much cleaner. The main area is a little cold too. Also, it's not McDonald's if your ketchup pump is consistently not working.nnAnother reminder: We don't want staff mopping while we eat. Simply leave the floors during the day or sweep if absolutely necessary with a broom only when no one's in that space. Wash tables with a hot cloth only, so that new guests sit down to a clean, unscented table. You guys have so many staff; one should be able to take care off the condiment station, cleanliness, and restroom.nnMcDonald's reviews everywhere have been slipping into the mid 3's and lower. That's getting close to 1990's Burger King territory not good. Please set a high standard for McDonald's as soon as possible. Your washrooms used to be known as reliable and clean.
This is not fast food. We were in a rush and had our 2 toddlers sleeping so needed a quick bite while on the road. Went through drive thru and they took payment and then told us to go park and we waited over 15 min for them to bring our food out after complaining to them about waitingnnPretty sure they are just trying to meet time efficiency quotas at the expense of customers. absurd.
