I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my visit enjoyable from start to finish. They were quick to take my order and ensured it was prepared exactly as I requested.
It's a fairly busy McDonalds with one lane drive-thru that can get bogged up at rush hours...but they are reasonably quick. Every time I've ordered from here, the burgers are made the same every time, no drop in quality yet. McDonald's drive-thru is great for when you're in a pinch! And of course the fries
Honestly I love this mcdonalds but too often especially today they always forget more than 1 thing in my order and when tpu get home and call them they don't answer the phone and let it ring out or it goes to answer machine and just beeps bo warning that it's going to the answering machine I've called literally 20 times in a row and noting I don't understand next time I will take the managers name and make a report to corporate
Geela provided an exceptional customer service experience that went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my visit. Not only was she incredibly attentive, but she also demonstrated thorough knowledge of the menu, making thoughtful recommendations that enhanced my meal. It was evident that she took pride in her work, ensuring orders were accurate and promptly delivered. Her positive attitude and efficiency made for a memorable dining experience that I won't soon forget. Geela is an asset to McDonald's and a shining example of what excellent customer service should be. I will definitely be returning, hoping to be fortunate enough to have her serve me again.
I have been coming to this McDonald’s location for years and I am always appreciative of the warm welcomes I receive from Geela and her manager I forgot to ask for her name. Geela is such a sweet soul that ensures your order is complete. I never had a problem with her missing any items from my order when she’s working. Geela always has a smile on her face and is very polite and kind. I took off one star for the overall location because there are times when the wait is a bit long for food when they are busy and they don’t have a full menu. Other than that, I love coming here, especially when Geela is working! :
