Ordered fries 5 mints ago… which supposed to be super hot. Unfortunately, I got cold that I couldn’t even finish. Please take your time to serve at least fresh food. I appreciate the employees who works at night but please do take care of guests.
I ordered herb and garlic fries but they put too much spices on the fries. Wasted my money and they are not edible
Spent $23.03 drive thru. Food was cold and dry. The new parmesan bacon quarter pounder..had NO bacon nor crispy onions! Why is this even a quarter pounder? Not the meat weight...They do NOT answer the phone! Just nuts!
Today I have to wait 10 mins for my order.nWhile it’s very low volume day. Also, my order was the only order during those 10 mins. When I came in, I can tell only 1 car on the driving thru. The reason is: everyone except ppl who serve on drive thru are celebrating something and eating cake. No one take care of my order! I’m not saying ppl should work like machine and zero relax. But it's also unfair for me as well, since I waste my time at same time. Also I don’t think waiting 10 mins during low volume time zonenis accepted under any fast food chain!
Lots of parking spaces, quick service, and good sized dining area. There are 3-4 self service ordering panels and there is also a drive through. Not too busy during the morning if you order inside but drive thru can get busy. Lots of delivery drivers come and go.
