Monday, October 2nd at 8pm. The restaurant looked like a disaster zone. Garbages were overflowing, drink area was covered in spill, and the floor had trash all over. Instead of cleaning the restaurant, 2 staff were keeping themselves "busy" chatting and putting up balloons. The service was incredibly poor. Staff need to be held to a higher standard, or business will suffer.
Service at the restaurant was satisfactory, but there was an issue with the fries served, as they were cold. This is a common problem at McDonald's, as each batch of fries can vary in taste, either hard, undercooked, or excessively salty.
Martinsville McDonald's is a good restaurant to go eat at cause the food is so fresh. The other half ordered her 10 piece nuggets with unsalted fries, i ordered their double big Mac meal with large fries and a pomegranate smoothie. Both of us where satisfied with the food. We both enjoyed our meals...Food: 5/5
Would give zero stars if possible. They are always lacking in cleanliness as well as food is always terrible looking and tasting. This place should save everyone the headache and close for good, or let someone runs it who actually cares about quality service. Won't go back.Food: 1/5
Good place in martensville for a quick bite to eat, the staff is friendly, work hard, and are prompt to get you your order as quick as they can, it's open 24 hours so you can always stop in whenever you want! Clean, quiet, and a nice place to go of you have a familyFood: 5/5
The only McDonald's that consistently gets my order right, with the food hot and actually good. Typically order after work at 11pm and I don't know if it's the overnight crew or manager but ALWAYS great.Food: 5/5
We get food from here occasionally because its convenient, but have never had a good experience. Staff do not seem to care at all, the place is dirty and very slow. Doesn't matter if we dine in or use the drive through.Food: 4/5
This is NOT a "24 hour" McDonalds, as they have stamped everywhere. I have now come twice during hours they had marked open at night when I have been turned away because they are "in shutdown." The app considers them open and allows you to order there, so you have to cancel your own order. After this they have lost my evening business, despite my having to actually drive into the city to get anything. I can't rely on being able to eat here.
This guy who was working at the window was very rude and disrespectful. He clearly didn’t enjoy who i am as a person. He eyerolls and just overall made my experience very upsetting through the drive thru. He’s about 5’6 with brown curly hair. He name started with a “T” and that’s all I got from his name tag. He wears a suit and tie…Food: 3/5
Slowest experience ever. Over 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, then told to wait in the parking lot for another 15. Guy at the window passed over spilt coffee than blankly stared at us as we were asking for napkins. Brutal wait.Service: 1/5
