The cashier messed up 2 orders while I was waiting for my food. I was told it would be a 7min wait for the next batch of burgers to come out. 24 min later I am still waiting. This is just frustrating not coming back here that's for sure. When I asked after 25min where my order is the cashier said it will just be a minute as they were waiting for the corn. Also she didn't give me cups for the drinks my meal came with I had to ask her for them. I live a few streets away, when I got home the chips were old and basically rubber. The chicken burgers we had to wait so long for, was warm but tasted like old oil. The corn was old and dried out, there was no butter that is usually on it and the fact that this was what I was told to wait for is down right shocking. The entire meal was old and tasted like old oil.
We were having issues with the KFC app and the staff were awesome trying to help us with this. Food was good, hot and tasty. But the friendly and helpful staff were definitely stand out! Keep up the great customer service you guys!!Food: 5/5
KFC Martensville. This is a Not cool. I paid top dollar for two full order's of large popcorn chicken and this is what I got. I am sure you ran out and didn't want us to wait. Bit that should be my choice not yours
I recently visited this KFC, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, and they quickly took my order with a smile. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. But what really impressed me was the food. The fried chicken was absolutely delicious - it was crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside, just like it should be. 25 meal and the drumsticks are cold, tenders cold, fries ok but totally forgot the gravy I paid for like really. Cook your own meals at home another lesson learned the hard way. Dirty tables and floors. OMG.Food: 1/5

This is hands down the worst KFC in Saskatoon/area. I agree with most other reviewers, they do not seem to care about quality or customer service at all. It's just really dissapointing that this is the only location between Martensville/Warman/Osler. I have tried ordering food here multiple times it either takes way too long over 20 minutes, is thrown together or is not fresh. Ordered a 6 piece today, 3 pieces normal size, 3 pieces tiny. I will happily drive to Saskatoon the next time I want KFC.
Third time’s a charm, right? Here I am, at home, missing work as I throw up because I got food poisoning. My chicken was cold, but appeared fully cooked. Yet, I’m still sick. EVERY time I’ve been here, I’ve gotten sick. Every other location, never have. Do not go here, they’re reckless in how they serve food.
Wow. First we waited just over 10 minutes to order. They clearly knew we were waiting. I ordered my son a 4 piece box and a 3 piece chicken tender for myself. He received 3 pieces which we discovered once we got home. I received a larger tender and two teeny tiny ones. No sauce which I specifically asked for. While we were waiting for our order, we witnessed the cashier being extremely abrupt, and rude to the customer. He was clearly confused by her question and she refused to elaborate on what she was asking. She just kept saying yup, yup, yup when he was trying to understand what she was asking. in the end, we got old, greasy chicken missing a few pieces and a taste of their horrible customer service. It’s sad because the city needs these businesses, but based on this experience I will gladly go to the Saskatoon locations to get our KFC fix.
Went through the drive through for 1 chicken strip combo. Was told it would be about 10 minute wait which was fine. After 40 minutes waiting out front, everyone in front of me and about 10 cars behind me getting their food I had to go in and ask when I would be getting mine. They had clearly forgotten my order completely. The kicker is after 40 minutes I finally got my meal and it was clear their oil hasn’t been changed in a very long time. It doesn’t seem like the owner has replied to any of these reviews so they obviously don’t care about their quality or customer experience.
