McDonald's

Me and my friend went to get some food after a lesson at college before our bus at 1:05, lunchtime is always a really busy time there but 20 minutes has always been long enough considering the bus stop is right outside. We ordered at 12:40 and waited 40 minutes until we thought we should mention that we hadn’t gotten our food, we didn’t want to as we realised how manic it was but by this time our bus had been and gone. The man we spoke to was really apologetic and went to sort it right out, meanwhile we got talking to a lady next to us who was having similar problems and we mentioned that we understood it was busy but 40 minutes really is a long time considering it’s fast food, the lady behind the counter with purple ish hair and a nose ring interrupted and said that if we wanted it done quicker we should come into the kitchen and make it ourselves, she said the chefs were very busy and we needed to be patient as if 40 minutes wasn’t long enough. We weren’t even that fussed that the food had taken along time but the way that member of staff spoke to us was so unnecessary as if she had been waiting this long she’d feel the exact same as we did and we weren’t even being disrespectful, which is what led me to this review! The food was unsurprisingly cold and had obviously been sat there the whole time not even a chef error

Popped in to get some ice creams on the way home, went in and ordered smoothly on the screens. However to my disappointment the ice cream took 15 mins even tho I was the only order on the screen and didn’t see any cars through the drive through ! Due to this kitchen being all open I could clearly see the staff standing around doing nothing not even bothered to complete my order ! To my disgust I even saw the manager stood around on her phone on social media ! My 15 minute wait would have been fine if it was busy however to be this quiet and to make 2 ice creams does not take that long when you can clearly see there not busy ! Awful customer service not even an apology for the wait ! Will not be returning!

Never seems fair to rate the Golden Arches, they are all busy, usually working on or around minimum wage giving us hot food and a drink for the same price as a M and s sandwich….. most of the time they get it right, it’s once and a while it’s not quite right, and in my experience are always happy to rectify the issue …. I think we should all cut the hard working staff at all McDonald’s some slack and other fast food establishments as most of the time the food is fine …..

Food was cold. And burgers looked like they were thrown together very lazily ...not good at all .. Toffee late tasted or was black coffee

Came here with my friend today. We have worked all over the uk and were very impressed with this McDonald’s. Very clean, the food was great and the staff were lovely. I understand some McDonald’s can get very busy but they need to aim for the high standards this McDonald’s does. Thankyou to all of the Staff

Service was terrible. Milkshake was like water. Food was cold. When I complained was told that's how milkshake always is. Demanded to see manager. Was told he was in a meeting. Senior customer service rep sorted problem apologised for the food and drink quality and replaced it all.

1st we have been here , was clean , friendly staff, and the food was really nice and hot and tasty, very busy so must be good Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of disabled parking which is good

Absolute disgrace, always something broken or not working, flurry machine, milkshake machine. Waste of time, when I asked for burger sauce they drowned my burger, awful place

Mixed review. The young girl called sky is a credit to your restaurant. She is a hard worker with a smile all the time . The duty manager should try and do her work instead of putting her down infront of customers
