Was there tonight and ordered the tacos hardshell and it smelled and tasted like wood or glue or paint? Wasn't right anyway. There is construction going on in part of the building, but looks like it's closed off from the cooking area. Staff were good to give me a refund when I returned the food.
Ordered curb side. Arrived ten mins early and waited for 20 mins. Went inside and waited and waited at counter although I could see my order sitting under the heat lamp. Had to end up waking to people in kitchen to get service. Told the they were late. She brushed it off "our customers don't show up on time". Food luke warm and mushy not hot and crispy. Terrible
Im done going here. Ive given this place chance after chance & its now 5x ive had my order incorrectly made or completely wrong. Nothing has been done, service/management is horrendous.

I have never once had my entire order in my bag when leaving the store. This location won't sub chicken for beef, and I have been screamed at by the shift supervisor for asking, even after I confirmed with the manager I could do this. Left the store in tears after being screamed at and will not return,.would rather make the drive to stewiacke location. Dietary restrictions: They will not sub chicken for beef, even when I m.willing to pay the extra fee
Couldn’t believe what I got in 2 piece chicken yesterday - 2 tiny greasy wings with next to no meat on them. Surely you can do better!
Meh. The big crunch is no longer big... Used to be big and crunchy. Now it's small and sad.
Normally I get great food but tonight not so much. Asked for a waffle double down and received a junior double down which was 2 chicken fingers with a half a piece of bacon and a tiny bit of cheese for $4.99 plus tax.
Wasted so much money here.... they never seem to get an order right. Maybe once out of my last 10 times they got it right. Always wrong or missing something i paid for. Ordered 4 chicken burritos no beans and get home and 3 out of the 4 had beans. Only myself and two other cars. How they managed to get one right, i don't know. Also seen the super/lead being completely rude to myself and customers mutiple times. Never again.
Drive thru was fast efficient order was correct and food hot.Food: 5/5
