Burgers are so greasy they seem like they are actually dipped in grease before sent out the window. I am yet to get my mccafe beverage actually made correct and tasty. And every time we get a smoothie the cup is split down the side and they do not want to double cup so it leaks everywhere.

I'm not one to complain when they mess up the order. Happy to eat it. But when the girls and I started eating what they gave us, we were all very disappointed. Our fries were cold and rubbery and my specialty chicken burger was cold and consisted of a bun slapped together with a rubbery piece of chicken lettuce and mayo. Leaving a very bad after taste in my mouth. None of us could finish our meal. I hope this was just a one off day for them. :-

This is my go to McDonald's.....the food is fresh and hot....friendly staff and they always get our order right.

I always enjoy the Quarter pounder with cheese. I do find that the fries are a hit and miss as today they were a little soggy like and somewhat lukewarm. They have great fries when they are fresh and haven't been under a heat lamp for awhile.
One of the employees named " Puneet" was very very clingy and touchy while giving back change. I clearly see that's lack of professionalism and it made me feel highly uncomfortable.
