Had very few selection out of baked thing, 1 of each donut. They also didn’t have correct inventory on the computer at the kiosk. Didn’t have the cookies that I order nor a blueberry muffin, apple pie or anything else. At the end in stead of an extra large they gave me a large. Good job team!!!!
Ordered coffee to go at the kiosk. No where did it advise what age a "Senior" coffee started at, no where was the option for a discount for a reusable cup which we brought. I went to the till to pay by cash and was ignored. Was finally able to pay for my coffee and the order number came up only to be deleted when the previous order was deleted. I had to go up to the counter and call someone and explain the situation in order to get my coffee. One of the three coffees was made incorrectly which we didn't realize until after we left. Incredibly disappointed with our experience.
Mc Donalds is such a disappointment from how it used to be years ago. I paid a fortune for a chicken burger that was processed. It was not chicken best but a mixture of chicken parts like the mc chicken used to be. For that kind of money, I EXPECTED IT TO BE CHICKEN BREAST. It was terrible. It's hit-and-miss with Mc, Donald's. In 1986 my first job was Mc Donalds'. Back then if you can work there you can work anywhere. There was a good system. You would never see someone standing around. You would get fired. After signing your file 3 times. That could be for not wearing a name tag, being late, or many different things. McDonald's since has gone downhill, and its popularity has sizzled. It is not the same. I don't even know if children have birthday parties anymore their anymore. What gets me, is getting Mc Donalds in -30 weather and they don't even fold the bad to keep the heat in. If we did not fold the bag properly we would have to sign our file. They taught young people how to work. I only go because my grandkids like it.
Never reviewed anything before but this establishment made me write my first I’ve lived near brooks my whole life and never had a problem at McDonald’s except for last two year and I’ve been there about 5 or 6 time last to years and it’s brutal I’ve waited over 40 minutes for food and EVERY single order I’ve got has been wrong and not little mistakes giving me the wrong food and cold food at that, something fishy about the food these people need to seriously re evaluate how they run things in there I will never be going back what a disappointment
This McDonald's didn't know how to cope with a busy time. took them 25 min for our order, the fries were barely fried, and cold. the guy calling out order numbers was screaming. never again will I stop there. Food: 1/5
The place is pretty hilarious. They make you wait for food when no one is even in line Behind you . So waiting is fine because you hope it means you get fresh stuff . But when you wait 20 minutes for 1 McMuffin and one hash brown and it’s comes out cold and old . Wow
Service is poor. Waited in line for 15mins to order. And another 20mins to get our order. We just ordered 2 iced coffee and 2 medium fries. The front teller is a slow poke she keeps on leaving the cashier front. Our iced coffee comes with NO ICE. we had to drive up again to the drive thru to get ice for our coffee. When we went to the window, we waited again for another 10mins until someone cared to open the window. Waste of time!
Always stop this restaurant to get some food while going to medicine hat. Today Was waiting for place the order at drive thru for 10 minutes. They just ignoring the one lane and keep taking order for other one. 9 cars passed before they took our order who come after us. Really disappointed. Never coming back to this restaurant.
I have been asked to leave a survey by an employee when I look at the review I understand why. I refused. My order was small and waited a bit longer for it but my poutine and coffee was like I ordered it.
It's horrendous. It seems like they are only taking 1 order at a time, to completion before they help the next customer, which takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes. What is going on here and why is this being addressed by the franchise owner?! This place should be shut down until they can figure out how to properly run a franchise.
