Honestly, I only go here when I don't have time to drive to a competent fast food place. 90 percent of my orders are wrong or missing something. This evening is a an example. Ordered a Dbl quarter pounder, got home and found a Single in the dbl box. I constantly get orders missing sauce for nuggets, no straws. And even get cold food straight out of the kitchen. Coffee is decent though
This place is just consistently terrible. We try and do a family McDonald’s breakfast once a week, but every single time with two exceptions in 5-6months we have to finish cooking these rancid hash browns for 10-15mins. We literally slammed the hash brown in the garbage this time. You make $15/hr now to cook f’in hash browns properly, like Jesus Christ!
The worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. They go out of their the way to antagonise normal human beings. They shut the AC to their walls because they believe it would stop homeless people from using it. But what they did was stop seniors having a place to go. This is happening all over the country. Don't let it happen to you. There's an aw right across the street
Just in for a chicken mcmuffin meal, get home to find a piece of chicken, no sauce or cheese and stuffed between those syrup things not a english muffin who would eat this sweet chicken cake thing......is it worth the drive to exchange as usual no.....just more dissapointment wish I could say it was the first time or even 2nd or 3rd this place messes up but sadly it happens more often than not, my own fault for not learning and just going to A&W or Tim Hortons from now on.
Ordered some food and got to the window to pay and asked to add the new Mc Crispy sandwich, cashier added it and payed for my meal. Got to the second window to pick up my food, got handed the bag and asked if the sandwich was added to the bag, she nodded and said yes. So I trusted her. I get home and sandwich was not put in the bag!! In past orders they have missed putting my dipping sauces in the bag as well. I just let those things slide, but this really upset me.
Abysmal. The new management makes employees clear the order as soon as it comes up so they have good franchise statistics, as a result almost every other customized meal is messed up. Not to mention the meals are thrown together as fast and lazily as possible so you end up with a scrunched up bun and cheese hanging out the side. Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s venue I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting.

Not the fault of the restaurant but the drive thru is in a terrible location. Only reason for 4 stars. Food: best egg mcmuffins my wife and I have had in a while all over Alberta and BC. Fresh and hot. Iced coffee was perfect - liquid sugar balance with milk was bang on. Service: No complaints. Fast food as it should be
This was the dirtiest place ever, even asking for at least 1 table to be cleaned it was wiped with a filthy cloth they did not wipe the seats and literally there was no where to sit with our food! The bathroom was disgusting, decided to wait until we got home! Do not go to this McDonald’s it is the absolute worst!
It's McDonald's...they have food. This location only screws up 2% of my orders and never responds to phone calls to complain about the order, pretty good ratio ,though. They charge 25c for a bag now, ridiculous. Why they don't build this into their pricing boggles the mind. They serve food, the taste is always the same, consistency bonus. So, 5 star.
