Food is as accepted. I did ask for my receipt and the lady said the printer is out with attitude. I politely asked again since I need it, now she was really not happy. Sorry some of us need that. Other than that everyone else was great.Food: 5/5
It was ok. Wingham has better service. The fry guy looked like he did not want to be there. He gave me cold waffle fries so I asked for new ones. They fixed it. My husbands fries were cold too. It was around supper time.
Forgot the sauce for my nuggets and there is this one kid who always get mad when I want to pay cash at drive thru, he always tries to hand me the debit machine before I tell him I want to pay cash. The kid today was way more kind.
Dont go. Orders are constantly wrong, supervisors could care less and will just roll your eyes at you while refunding your money or fixing your order. More than one occasion the mayo packets have been disgusting as if sat out on a heater and are filled with oil
Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to, Waited 15 minutes for 2 bagels. The manager on duty was downright rude to customers and just stood barking orders to the staff. Total chaos in the kitchen. To top it off they managed to get our order wrong even after the wait.
We ordered a double but got a single quarter pounder.also had a special order of no pickles and mustard and the burger had no onions instead and still had pickles. Not one mistake but 2. It never fails at this location!!
Store good, kinda slow but there drive thru is always busy. They mess up my order I was at home when I realize it didn't call to complainFood: 4/5
I don't usually do reviews but going through the drive through yesterday was terrible. Took forever, espresso coffee machine was broken so they substituted drip coffee at the final pickup window without offering to adjust the bill, tried to hand us someone else's food order, kept coming back to ask what we had ordered and if we had gotten it yet or not, while we were eating on the drive we realized they didn't put in our kid's chocolate milk or book that was supposed to come with the happy meal. We weren't given a receipt in our bag. Not bothering with this location again.
This is not the first time and it’s really annoying when you order something say like a chicken nugget meal and ask for extra sweet and sour and even ask before you drive away if the sauce is in there and they say yes and there is none in the bag also when they serve you stale chicken nuggets
I ordered muffins and I can’t even enjoy the one because it’s hard a hockey puck, I know they don’t give 2 ____ about reviews but come on McDonald’s.
