I gave it a low rating because we waited almost 20min. for our order and it was not that busy. McDonalds is McDonalds mostly everyone knows the food chain,always loved the fries but you do have to eat them quickly because once cold they do not taste as good, Not the healthiest of foods but good for a fast food joint and that is why i should not have to wait 20 min. for an order at a Fast Food Restaurant!
I have tried the new crispy chicken twice now. the first one was great. the meat was proportioned to the bun. the 2nd one was way undersized to the bun. I'm sure it's not their fault. I like it better than the traditional McChicken. This menu item should stayrequest! The atmosphere was great. 2 older gentlemen, 1 playing a juice harp and myself were singing to a little one in her mom's arms as we waited for our orders!
always hot and fresh. however, has been taking longer and longer to get food. several times the drive-thru staff didn't how to apply my mobile coupon. had to call manager. most recent visit resulted in me waiting 10 minutes in an empty drive-thru line just for a medium coffee :/ i'm pulling for this location, as it's the only one we have!
The best thing that could happen to this McDonald's is that they don't ever clean the grease traps and theres a fire. If they arent ripping you off, they're not giving you all of your food. Ordered two meals, and was only given 1 combo. Went inside and they tried to charge me full price for fries, so basically more for our food due to the workers smugness and laziness. He said " so what if its 3 dollars more than a combo. I shouldn't leave out he then started to have a good laugh with the rest of his coworkers in some language. Dont support people that dont support the community. Its on site for that employee if we cross paths. I rarely complain ..to a fault, so when I call BS, it's real.
I had a coupon on the app that wouldn’t work on their end and the woman who was wouldn’t override it even though she could see the offer showed while she held my phone and it was valid today still. Pauline and Bob are always wonderful but not impressed with the other staff. Won’t be returning due to poor customer service for a few times now.
Order was correct but we waited 20 min for 2 mcmuffins and coffee. If I want fast food do I now go to a sit down restaurant?Food: 4/5
This franchise should be sold to people who can run it properly. Numerous times they “forgot” to out sugar in the coffees. Have sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes waiting for order while 4 staff “cleaned” the empty restaurant. Burgers are often cold.
Just went to the drive-thru and the employee who took the order was too rude and wasn’t really wanted to take order properly, won’t be going to this place anymore.
The drive thru takes forever and the food is almost always cold. For a long time they had a sign on the soda fountains saying "No refills." I've never come across that in any McDonalds. The staff speak to each other all the time in a language only they can understand.
Tonight, November 5, 2022 I Went to order food online through the app, and the employee as well as the manger told us that they were closed at 11:00pm meanwhile the app and website show the drive they is open until 12am. Both the employee and the manager were rude during this encounter and I will personally not be back. I even have a time stamped picture of the app stating our our will be ready for pickup and to give a code at the speaker.
