I didn’t knew “nobody here but us chickens” means they will CHICKEN out of providing good customer service too. We were a group of 6 and enjoying our meal but something unusual happen and one of us feels a need to use the washroom and while they just stood up the manager Guri came and shouted on us to put the tray to garbage. I didn’t understand the unnecessary need of commenting on person in between their meal.
Standing and watching them prepare my Angus burger while squishing it as flat as pancake while folding the rapper. Never seen the person there before he may be new, but that is unacceptable and made for a terrible experience eating it. I have ate there many times in the past, but now will not be returning.
We had Swish Chalet. We both had the Chicken Rotisserie Sandwich. It came with 2 sides and a drink. Sooooo much food. It was enough food for a truck driver...lol We chose fries and Ceasar salad. Everything was delicious, hot, and they put quite a bit of chicken in the sandwich. All the employees were friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms!! Definitely stopping here again on my way through town.
The Swiss chalet here is of great quality always hot and fresh. Staff great you with a friendly smile and are accommodating to your needs. They always make sure I have the condiments I need and deliver a quality product in a timely fashion!
Visit June 4, 2022. Mobility impaired accessible. Clean washrooms and dinning room area. Waste bin removal required attention. Food order, which was delicious, was prepared well and provided promptly. Staff were friendly and considerate.
My son had dental surgery and couldn’t eat so the Harvey’s in Gravenhurst made a small sample of rotisserie chicken for him to eat. Thank you!

Hot dogs are always burnt when we order for the kids. And somehow the order always gets messed up. And it's a shame because we would eat here more if they fixed those issues along with the 20 min wait to get your food.
Good burgers don't think you can eat in. Service is fast.Food: 5/5
Ordered 2 burgers at drive thru, no cars in front with no lineup inside. Wait in designated drive thru spot forn15 minutes. Go inside to an empty restaurant wait 5 more minutes than demand a refund as the order is still not ready for toppings. What a waste of time.... left after getting a refund. A regular restaurant is faster let alone fast food..... 20 minutes, no lineup, no food, maybe new staff would help
