Just stopped in for a promotional $1 coffee because we had never been before. Very spacious and clean in the dining room. The bathrooms are also nice and clean, probably the cleanest of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. Will definitely be going back.
The new store is more poorly run then the old store, cold donuts, order constantly messed up or missing items, no peanut butter packets for bagels and espresso machine constantly unavailable. All little things but consistently disappointed with my experience at this fancy new location.
0 stars if it was an option After dealing with this location for nearly a year I finally had to voice my complaints. 1: they never fill your coffee you only get about 85% of the cup filled 2: there is no order to the double lane drive through, the lane in the right took the orders from 4 cars as I was sitting in the left lane waiting to order till I just left after 5 minutes 3: they will pull you to the 3rd window for a coffee order seen 4 coffees go out the window when I was waiting There are many other options for coffee locally, this location has lost my business
Service is very hit or miss. Food is usually okay, however don’t even bother paying for large fries because they never get it filled past what a medium would be anyway.
You can honestly tell this location is run by a bunch of high schoolers. Never have I waited so long in drive thru, and to top it off they forgot part of our order after us even reminding them about it.
Usually McDonald's restaurants have bad customer service but this was one of the best McDonalds experiences that was provided by the whole crew working on Feb 7th 2023 evening shift. A big thanks for your outstanding customer service!
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Seemed to take a long time to make even though we were the only couple in the restaurant. One sandwich was not what we ordered, the other one had the bagel pretty well burned not toasted. No time to return them for replacement so we "enjoyed them" as served.Food: 2/5
I ordered coffee, I got a sort of cold coffee. I had to drive back to them to let them know. When they saw me the already know why I am back so they said they will change it. This shows they already knew they tried to give me left over coffee. Come on guys I am paying you and need value of money. If I need cold coffee I will buy one but if I have ordered for premium roast coffee then it is a hot beverage!!!! Then these guys made me wait for 10 minutes. Overall I had to visit twice and had to spent over 20 minutes to get a proper coffee. Doesn't look like a McDonald's experience!!!
Great new location ! I’ve been here a few times over the past six months. Their service is good, but I order often on the mobile app, and they seem to have trouble with that.
Just stopped there 30 min ago massive line up so went inside sooo disorganized .used kiosk for purchase did not spit out receipt ok no biggie but no number 5 peeps waiting ahead got order after waiting 5 min now 15 min to experience was cold and could see hastily made . Went down road to Tim's I thought this Mickey D would improve with new operation It has not and BTW is not a one off. Am done paying good money for lousy service and food
