Ok I want to start this by saying all the employees are so sweet, so polite and go above and beyond. I did want to say, just for extra training, that 3 times out of 5 this month I have gotten coffee instead of lattes. There’s a bit of foam on top but it tastes like straight coffee. I normally wouldn’t have said anything, because it was 2$, but yesterday after spending 8$ and getting home and hour and a half away it was disappointing spending all that money for just a bit of foam and coffee. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, just want it to be corrected. Thank you!
Watch out. They overcharge at the drive through. Ordered 2 mc chicken burger and a milkshake they asked for over $20. Had them double check the order twice to make sure they entered it correctly. When ordering the same thing through the app it's only $16.
Atrocious, do not recommend drive through under any circumstances. You are better off getting Skip, it's 10x faster. Waited over half hour for 3 burgers and drink.
The Steinbach location almost always gets our orders wrong. The last time we ordered lunch for the whole family we didn't eat till we got home from the drive-thru. It's a decent way to drive. Two of the big Macs were hard as a rock, just utterly disappointing and inedible. This sort of thing does happen often we try to check the food in the Drive-Thru but we have a big family so it takes forever and people get annoyed who are behind us. It's frustrating, but it's the only McDonald's in town. Can't wait for bk to open. Usually now I only come to this McDonald's for their breakfast or coffee. And even then they can't get the order right. Never had this issue when I lived in St vital Winnipeg.
Ive had a long string of good experiences here. Orders have been prepared well and promptly.
Don't know what had more ketchup on it, the 2 mcdoubles I ordered or the paper they were wrapped in and I'm pretty sure there was more urine on the than in the urinal
It was fast and easy to order on the inside, even when multiple people enter at a time. Wait for the food was short. To order you could use screens to select which food item, drink, or side you wish. Which is fully customizable. It contains a wide selection of all the menu items which was neatly categorized. You could also go to the cashier and they would take your order. The cashier seemed friendly and helped with whatever was needed. The food items all seemed to pull your attention and you could be stuck choosing what you wish to order for minutes on end. The breakfast meals were pretty good, had a wide selection of drinks, and different meals for throughout the day. Tables were ok, while they could've been wash more thoroughly, they were clean. Overall a good experience. I would recommend going especially for breakfast. Parking: Lots of spots near the entrances. Drive through is usually pretty fast aswell. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access for all
once again an order was forgotten and did not try to fix the problem just said there was nothing they can do on their end that we d have to contact skip well skip doesn't make and package the food. not impressed at all
Everything wr ordered was good except the kids milk. It was sour. Ifnyou see this makes use to double check your stock McDonald's and ppl reading check ifnyou order it
Courteous, friendly, and quick service... What else could one ask for from a fast food drive thru?
