The McDonald apps is not working very well so we cannot order in advance. We ordered using the kiosk inside the McDonald. However, the staff and service are very good in this restaurant. Burger and fries were freshly made. Especially the fries flying around us and staying on the windows /glass of the restaurant, they were so active covering our food on the table. Imagine how clean it is in the kitchen. Sorry to share this unpleasant experience.
Again went through the drive through and they forgot part of our order. AGAIN!!!! No nuggets this time yes, we paid for them!. Double, triple check your orders! We got home before we realized... HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AT THIS LOCATION!
Very mediocre experience. the burger was alright. kinda cold didn’t taste the best or even like mcdonald’s to be honest but it was edible. the fries were cold and hard. the staff was all very nice and the service was good. the store is clean and the bathrooms were good as well. decent parking
Fast service the server that took are order wasn't in a good mood didn't seem very friendly
Two things are usually consistant at this location. 1st being a good chance there will be a wait for food and 2nd is there is a good chance the order is wrong. Started tracking wrong orders and the number was 5 wrong out of 8 orders.Food: 4/5
Tonight i went to mcdonald’s, it took them 5 minutes to tell me that there till was down so they couldn’t take cash. i wasn’t able to pay with debit, and only had cash. now i’m wondering how hard is it for the kids in mcdonald’s to count the money in they’re head or pull out they’re phone for the calculator app.
Ordered the new Carolina BBQ burger Put together very sloppy Missing the fried onions and very greasy For a feature burger they missed all the marks. Not impressed.
My husband and I wanted to grab a bite prior to a long drive for our trip now that it's open 24/7. We got there at around 2a.m and we were told that we couldn't place an order for 10 minutes. We said that was fine and said we would wait. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one said anything to us. My husband spoke up and said, "are we able to order now?" The guy working said no and my husband replied, "ok.. do you know when we can?" And the guy responded by saying, nope I don't have an answer for you. So we ended up leaving. The worker was extremely rude and didn't give any answers. We wasted 15 minutes sitting there for nothing. Horrible service. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
Filet of fish and Mc chicken were very dry, if ordering here definitely make sure you ask for extra sauceFood: 3/5
Slow service, coffee with a shot of syrup is 20 cents more expensive than other locations. Though it’s more expensive they still could get the order right.
