If your looking for an amazing poutine this is your spot! Great burgers, chicken is delicious everything is homemade! Great service, great portions, great prices! Its worth the drive from Hamilton.
The owner is very friendly, and everything I've had here has tasted great, at a reasonable price. Between the Chip Witch and the Country Wagon truck outside of town, I'd rather go here any day of the week! The owner has been having staffing problems, and says she's only open thurs-sun. Hopefully that changes soon!
We love coming here! Many tasty options, my favourite being the poutines. Carrie is always so friendly and accommodating. Great homemade food and locally sourced is always nice to see.
The frys were cooked perfectly, gravy a bit thick but tasted amazing. The Freddy dig was absolutely delicious. Prices were good and the service was excellent, the owner is a lovely woman. Overall truly enjoyed it and would definitely go again!
Food was yummy but a bit expensive. The owner was very rude, to her customers & to her employees. After a couple walked away without ordering she began to yell and swear loud enough for everyone to hear. Not impressed probably won't return just because of her. P.S. to the lovely young lady she was training today and the kind young man who took my order, Giant tiger across the street is hiring.
I've been to this fry truck many times and I can honestly say the home made food here is unreal! I've been dragging my feet on trying the hot maple wings the past few visits so i went for it yesterday and omg best wings I have ever had!!! When I'm in town I prefer chip witch over all the fast food joints! Much better food and better prices too!
The owner is great person and she really takes pride in her products as well as the details of the ingredient The poutine was so large... what a great gem her food truck is. Delicious and sone proceeds go to veterans at Cdn Legion
Stopped there for a burger and fries. Lady working seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Order should have been 18.50 with tax. She charged 24.50 with no reason for it. Everyone in our group was charged 2-3 dollars more for their order. Only cash is excepted and I think I know why...maybe the CRA needs to investigate unethical business practices. There was a portable washroom on site but locked and only for staff even though customers are eating on the provided picnic tables. A phone call to the Health Board might be beneficial. Please be aware and stay away from this place...unless you like to be ripped off!
Delicious jalapeño bombers and wings and of course their fish and chips is excellent as well.
Don’t recommend coming here, lady owner is extremely rude! Right off the bat ordering our food we got attitude from her. We were ordering for a group of 6 and when we got to telling her our last item she asked us “is there going to be more to the order” as if it was a burden that we were going to be paying her money to buy food. We ordered burgers and she asked what we wanted on it and we asked what she had she replied “anything you would put on your burger at home” rolling her eyes with a rude attitude. I asked how long it would take for the food to be ready so I could come back and she said to me “I don’t know” We are ordering food from you, you’re in a service of selling food to customers why would it be a burden to you if we are making a big order. We are paying customers who are keeping your business opened you shouldn’t be rude ANY customers supporting your business. In the end when I got all my food I told her that she definitely has to work on her customer service being someone who is working with customers and that I will be writing a review about her business. She replied to me “thank you, I’m the owner” It didn’t matter to her that she has poor customer service at all!
