Staff is always kind, and always accommodating. Service is usually fast, but restaurants do get busy and it is absolutely understandable that times can go down from time to time. The customer service of the staff makes up for the occasional rush. Quick to settle problems, and quick to put a smile on their face when you walk in the door.

Everytime we come here we wait for what seems like forever (5 minutes upto 10 minutes waiting in line both inside and out). The one manager there tries her best to keep things moving but the employees are very slow moving for the most part. The employees aren't rude or anything like that but most of them just go at their own slow pace.

Unfortunately, due to whatever reason(s)...this happened to be the worst visit I have ever had at this location. I didn't think the service would be this lacking in customer satisfaction.😕. I waited long enough that I could have baked a batch (from scratch) bisquits. 😶😶The young man taking orders at the counter looked to be more than tired,.....and appeared as though he really didn't care about customers. Perhaps he is someone that just doesn't have customer service skills....?? And based on this visit I certainly would not recommend this location.......really sad to stand and see this happen.

Standard mc D's food, nice place, but really slow. There is always a long line

The service is bad the food mediocre and the shake machine and ice cream machine is always busted!! Save the wasted time and go to bk! Update: we have since seen better service and much better quality! I update to 4 stars :)
