We were so super pleased to eat at this Burger King in Gladwin, MI. They went above and beyond with their service this morning. We ordered a sausage patty on the side for our one year old and they offered to cut it up. Then, when our hash browns were to salty, and I brought it to their attention they remade them for us, apologized and even brought them out to our table. We were very impressed. Thank you for your great service!

Most people who work at the gladwin Burger King are very nice and pleasant, except for Sara and Sam. Every time I come in and either Sam or Sara is working I’d rather just walk out and take my business else where. Very rude, unprofessional, snotty. My friends and I will not be returning while Sara and Sam are there.

This place sucks! It us NOT owned by Burger King, and that means they can make their prices whatever they want and if you order a breakfast combo you can't have anything but a coffee and if you do you have to pay an extra dollar or more.
