Don't order a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. They have never put bacon on my sandwich. Make sure to check your food before you leave because there's a good chance they messed up your order. At least they remembered no onion..Food: 3/5
For those giving 4 and 5 stars and saying they messed something up. 3 stars means they did what you expected. Your order sound be correct and your food should be hot, fresh and delicious. This McDonald's can't even give you what you expect them to. They are slow, rude and I've never been there and had them not mess up my order. The fact that it is still open and people go is amazing to me. If every McDonald's was like this one then the company would have died years ago. Do not waste your money here.
This review is based on treatment from drive thru order taker. Drive thru had two lanes. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I heard: just minute. A car pulled up in the other lane after I was told: Just a minute. After that car pulled away, I said: Hello. Again I was told, just a minute. Another car pulled up in the other lane. Their order was taken. I drove to the payment window. She tried to ignore me but I had no intention of being ignored. Finally she opened the window and said I don't have an order. I told her she refused to take my order. She did not apologize or invent an excuse. I have no idea what was wrong with her but clearly something was wrong with her. I don't believe McDonald's cares abt their customers. I normally don't go to McDonald's because in general service and food are poor. on this day I was driving to Chicago and was thirsty. Just in case someone at McDonald's gives a rat's behind doubt that l am providing this review. There is one good thing that happened as a result of McDonald's poor service and cold food. I have broken my fast food habit.
I ordered online and went up there to grab my order and they said they didn’t have an order for that. But I have evidence of placing the order, them taking the money out of my bank. So I got no food and lost money
Order is never right! Ordered a frozen coke told the person when we got to window to get food. Was told it wasn’t on our order and if we wanted one we would have to get out of line and go thru drive thru again! I don’t think so’! They don’t remember the dipping sauce for nuggets very often! Terrible service!
Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. Instead of bacon they decided to put yesterday's burnt fryer scrapings. Don't order from here unless you want carcinogens on your meal. Props for including extra napkins in the bag though, for wiping up the vomit that would likely result if I ate this burger. This is just one experience I guess, but I have a hard time imagining how you could accidentally put charcoal on a burger. Smelled like burnt garbage as soon as it entered the car.
The staff need help. 20 minutes for a 1 chicken sandwich mobile order. Had to go inside and flag someone down to get it. The owner needs to step in and help these folks out somehow. This is not how it used to be, and McDonalds Corp would not put up with this type of ownership/ management. I felt bad for the staff, they were afraid to come to the front counter because everyone was unhappy.
Do not order burgers with bacon. I have given them 10+ opportunities. Never do they put bacon on, for which I paid extra. Last experience, they asked for the burger back, had multiple cashiers inspect it, then took it back to the cook to add bacon. When the burger was handed back to me I was told “yes, this is a new burger”. Just seems a bit unsanitary is all. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THRU!
Pulled up in 1 of the 2 drive through lanes, the car in the other lane had their order taken and pulled through. I didn't get a greeting or anything from the speaker so I said hello to make sure it wasn't off or something, guy said "hold on". Another car pulled up in other lane and was immediately greeted and had order taken and pulled through. Still no one taking my order. A THIRD CAR PULLED UP AND IMMEDIATELY HAD THEIR ORDER TAKEN. I just pulled off. Are you guys kidding me?!?! Maybe try alternating headsets instead of ignoring people? Just a suggestion.
Absolutely pathetic!! Pulling into the drive thru I was already aware that this is one of the slower and less friendly McDonald's in the area, but this trip was the worst. From start to finish not one employee smiled or even tried to appear welcoming. I had to pull forward wait for fresh food, which I didn't mind, except that my hash browns were old when I got them. When my food did come out there was no ketchup or napkins in the bag. Will not be back to this McDonald's again, there are too many others places near by to deal with their poor service.
